Shipping

We ensure all orders are sent out to you the following business day. To give you peace of mind, shipping is always tracked with a reference number we send to you. 

Our shipping is by air via the local post office - we hand pack and send the orders personally, we are not a dropshipping service. Orders are shipped from our Australian offices. 

 

Shipping time lines 

Once we have packed and dropped off your order at our Australian post office - a tracking reference number will be sent to you automatically. 

The usual delivery time is 10-14 business days, however please take into consideration public holidays in both your country and Australia for potential delays. 

 

Orders from our US customers

We want to be transparent with our customers that the US Postal Services has been disappointing in delivering your orders. Your order arrives in the USA anywhere from 10-14 business days from when we share with you your tracking reference number. It is at this point where the US Post fails us. Your order sits within their facilities for processing for an extra 10-14 business days before it gets delivered so with full transparency, we are seeing an average door to door delivery time of 28 business days. 

Please know, we will always work with you and US Post to help investigate the status of your order but post pandemic, we can say there has been improvements and customers are receiving their orders within the average ETA of 14 business days. 

We hope you understand the US Post delays are out of our control so unfortunately there are some customers who may experience the inconvenience, hence why we wish to take this opportunity to clearly explain here and thank you for your patience. 

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns - however, we are committed to understand reasons why you wish to return so please email us at info@yoobtape.com so we can assist.
